A Meet-&-Greet is required before first bookings. Share care notes, vet info, alarm codes and any quirks (reactivity, gates, escape artistry). Barbara will follow your routine to the letter.

Bookings and Payment - how it works

1. Pick your sitter
Their calendar shows live availability for your dates.
2. Pay to reserve
You pay the full amount at checkout. This secures the sitter’s time and notifies them immediately.
3. Meet-and-Greet within 24 hours
Your sitter will contact you within a day to set up a quick meet and greet, in person or by video, to confirm fit and walk through instructions.
4. Confirm or request a change
If everyone’s happy, we mark the booking confirmed. If it isn’t a match, you can request a different sitter or a full refund.
