How fast do you reply?
We usually reply to emails and contact form messages within one business day, often sooner.
Can I request a different sitter after I’ve paid?
Yes. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll do our best to help. You can request a change through your account or email us with your order number. Where needed, we can help arrange a rematch or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
What should I include in a new enquiry?
Your dates, suburb, pet details, any medication or special care notes, and whether you’re looking for a live-in sitter or pop-in visits. The more context, the better.
Do you offer phone or WhatsApp support?
Yes, you’re welcome to call or WhatsApp us. Email is still great for detail, but we know sometimes it’s easier just to chat.
