How fast do you reply?

Can I request a different sitter after I paid?
Yes. Go to My Account β†’ Your booking β†’ Request a change, or email us with your order number. We can rematch or refund where eligible under the Refund Policy.

What information should I include for a new enquiry?
Dates, suburb, pet details, any meds or special instructions, and whether you prefer live-in or pop-in.

Do you offer phone or WhatsApp support?
Email is fastest. If we need a call, we will set one up after your first message.
