I’m Tayla, an online Information Technology student and part-time au pair based in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs. Because I study remotely and spend most of my time at home outside of au pair hours, I’m able to provide pets with lots of companionship, attention, and consistency throughout the day.

I’ve grown up around dogs, cats, and small pets, and I genuinely love being around animals. I’m naturally more of a homebody, so I enjoy cosy nights in, quiet routines, and keeping pets company rather than constantly being out. Whether your pets love playtime and walks or simply want someone nearby while they nap, I adapt to their personalities and routines to help them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.

With live-in care, I stay in your home for the duration of your trip so your pets can keep their familiar environment, routines, and comfort. My goal is to make your home feel calm, occupied, and well cared for while giving your pets the love and attention they’re used to.

Bookings and Payment - how it works

Their calendar shows live availability for your dates.
2. Pay to reserve
You pay the full amount at checkout. This secures the sitter’s time and notifies them immediately.
3. Meet-and-Greet within 24 hours
Your sitter will contact you within a day to set up a quick meet and greet, in person or by video, to confirm fit and walk through instructions.
4. Confirm or request a change
If everyone’s happy, we mark the booking confirmed. If it isn’t a match, you can request a different sitter or a full refund.
