Bookings and Payment - how it works

1. Pick your sitter
Their calendar shows live availability for your dates.
2. Pay to reserve
You pay the full amount at checkout. This secures the sitterā€™s time and notifies them immediately.
3. Meet-and-Greet within 24 hours
Your sitter will contact you within a day to set up a quick meet and greet, in person or by video, to confirm fit and walk through instructions.
4. Confirm or request a change
If everyoneā€™s happy, we mark the booking confirmed. If it isnā€™t a match, you can request a different sitter or a full refund.
