I'll keep your pet's routine exactly as you left it, taking care of their well-being , and sending you photos so you're not lying awake wondering if they're okay. Your home stays a home. 1. Pick your sitter Their calendar shows live availability for your dates.
2. Pay to reserve You pay the full amount at checkout. This secures the sitter’s time and notifies them immediately.
3. Meet-and-Greet within 24 hours Your sitter will contact you within a day to set up a quick meet and greet, in person or by video, to confirm fit and walk through instructions.
4. Confirm or request a change If everyone’s happy, we mark the booking confirmed. If it isn’t a match, you can request a different sitter or a full refund.
