Q: What areas do you cover in Joburg? A: The City of Johannesburg metro and most surrounding suburbs (Sandton to Soweto, Parkhurst to Bedfordview and beyond). We also work in Tshwane, all around Centurion, Pretoria and even in between.
Q: Do you do overnight stays or just pop-ins?
A: Both! Live-in House & Pet-Sitting (we stay at your place) and Pop-ins + Walkies for feedings, litter/poop duty, cuddles and strolls.
Q: How does booking work?
A: Sniff & pick a sitter on our site → choose dates → pay 100% upfront to lock the calendar → free meet-and-greet → daily photo updates → homecoming high-five.
Q: Why 100% upfront (no more deposits)?
A: It secures your sitter and removes admin wobble. If we can’t place you, we refund in full. Standard cancellations = our Refund Policy.
Q: Are your sitters vetted?
A: Yes! ID checks, interviews, references and real experience. We only list Good Humans.
Q: What pets do you look after?
A: Dogs, cats, bunnies, birds (parrots included) and more. Special diets or meds? Tell us, we’ll match the right sitter.
Q: What’s included in a pop-in?
A: Feed + fresh water, litter tray/poop duty, a quick tidy, cuddles, and updates. Walkies include a dedicated walk (timing per sitter listing).
Q: Will you water plants and bring bins in/out?
A: Happily. Leave a list and we’ll keep the home vibes thriving.
Q: Emergency plan?
A: We contact your preferred vet, act fast if urgent, keep you updated, and handle transport. Vet costs are settled with you.
